In this legislative session, AFP-FL will continue to work to expand freedoms for Florida workers and expand union recertification, allowing workers’ voices to be heard within their union representation.
Florida workers deserve the right to bargain for their services without fear of misrepresentation by outside groups, and giving consent will help provide clarity so that all parties act in good faith when it comes time to negotiate.
