It's time to roll back our state’s costly liquor laws
Harrisburg's spirits monopoly is no happy hour for Pennsylvania adults, but it's a wild party for a few special interests and bureaucrats.
Tell your lawmakers it's time to shut down the spirits monopoly and let Pennsylvanians enjoy a drink!
I want you to end Harrisburg’s costly monopoly driving up the cost of adult beverages, limiting our choice, and wasting tax dollars. It is time to let adults in Pennsylvania buy wine and beer at every grocery and convenience store like most Americans do.
Regardless of how you feel about the consumption of alcoholic beverages, Harrisburg bureaucrats should not have a monopoly on adult beverages. The current Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is scandal-prone, inefficient, and inconvenient to adults who simply want to enjoy a drink like their friends in our surrounding states and the rest of the country.
I am asking for you to support legislation to roll back our state’s costly liquor laws and end Harrisburg’s spirits monopoly. Please let me know if you will support this commonsense proposal.
