When Missouri taxpayers needed help, several legislators stepped up to the plate.
While special interests sought to expand Medicaid across the state, several key members voted against funding the expansion of Medicaid and cost Missouri taxpayers up to $349 million more each year.
Funding Medicaid expansion would have depleted our state budget, created an unsustainable burden on taxpayers and crowded out essential resources. Medicaid is simply not cost-effective, and our lawmakers strongly opposed Medicaid expansion.
Sign the letter to thank our legislators for opposing Medicaid Expansion, and encourage them to keep standing up for Missouri taxpayers!
