Right to Work laws allow private-sector employees to refrain from paying union fees as a condition of employment at unionized workplaces.
The Janus v. AFSCME Supreme Court decision guaranteed a Right to Work status for every public employee in America. Senate Bill 61 would ensure that all Granite Staters working in the private sector are granted the same rights.
Americans strongly support Right to Work laws, including within union households.
If SB 61 is enacted, New Hampshire would be the only state in the Northeast with Right to Work – enabling more businesses to expand or set up shop here, particularly in the high-paying advanced manufacturing sector.
Urge your lawmakers to vote for Senate Bill 61 and support worker freedom!
