Respect Colorado Taxpayers

HB22-1351 is a temporary and minimal pause in the gas fee passed under SB21-260 that conveniently ends after the November elections. Rather than trying to band-aid SB21-260, the General Assembly should repeal it in its entirety. 

HB22-1351 is nothing more than political theater in an election year that serves little to no benefit to the people of Colorado. To truly honor the taxpayers of the state, SB21-260 should be brought to the people for a vote as Proposition 117 requires or it should be completely repealed. 

It is for these reasons I respectfully ask that you vote NO on HB22-1351.
