The Supreme Court’s recent decision in Janus v AFSCME protects public sector employees from being forced to fund speech with which they disagree. But there’s still work to be done to protect worker rights.
As it stands now, workers across the country are having their rights violated by unions bosses that they didn’t even choose to represent them.
Thankfully, there’s hope on the horizon. Under the Employee Rights Act, power would be returned to workers. They would be protected from intimidation and would be able to actually vote on which union should represent them.
Please tell lawmakers to support the Employee Right Act!
