community, influence lawmakers, effectively communicate, and advance freedom, by breaking
barriers to opportunity.
Vision of A Free Society
This course is a principled approach for social change. Activists will learn why maximizing peace,
civility, and well-being where people succeed by helping others is the greatest opportunity towards
improving the lives of others, including the least fortunate.
Impacting Your Elected Officials
Participants will learn how to become comfortable with the daily working of their state legislature
and how to be a known and effective presence. The program includes tips and tools for effective
How a Bill Becomes a Law
This course is a guide for understanding the legislative process at the State level. Participants will
also learn tools for tracking legislation throughout its entirety.
How to Kill a Bill
Participants will examine each stage at which they can impact the content and outcome of
